At Kindred Spirit Brewing, it’s all about beer and people. What started as a small group of friends has grown into a circle that includes our dedicated staff, loyal customers, and the greater Goochland community. We love brewing beer, but our true passion lies in building a vibrant and welcoming community. We recognize that our customers are the heart of our brewery, and we invite everyone to come see what we’re all about and join their neighborhood.

Why KSB? Derrr, trying all of the beers…oh yeah, and the great family that makes it all possible.

Down time: At the Rivah on a boat catching limit during rockfish season…or gardening oysters.

Dream vacation: Wherever Heather answers, but if she left this blank…Ireland, because it’s awesome and makes Ross jealous!! But he may be there with me as part of this question and that is great. Cheers!

Why KSB? Creating memorable experiences with people and really good beer is the perk of the business that I enjoy the most.

Down time: Playing Tennis, or on the water at Rivah or OBX.

Dream vacation: If someone gave you an all-inclusive trip (plane, hotel, food) where would you go? African Safari trip.

Favorite beers: I am a sucker for Grapefruit Headspace. Citrus and a touch of bitter? Sign me up.

Why KSB? Boy howdy, can I only pick one? Truthfully, I am such a fan of working with such a wonderful team. And our customers ain’t that bad either.

Down time: Oh gosh. If it’s a beautiful day then I’ll most certainly be outside. However, if its gloomy one, you will find me Dungeons and Dragoning it up.

Dream vacation: I am such a beer nerd. But, I would definitely love to go to Germany. German beers tend to be my favorite. So, I’d love to go straight to the source.

Do you serve food?

Yes. Kindred Kitchen food truck is on-site Wednesday – Sunday.

Hours – Wednesday & Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 1-8pm, Sunday 1-6pm.

Can I book a private event?

Yes of course! Different spaces are available depending on the event you want to organize, please check the Event page.

Can I buy your beers to-go?

Yes. Different sizes are available (cans, crowler, growler, keg) please check our Shop page.

Can I bring my dog to the Taproom?

Yes, quiet and well behaved dogs are welcome on a leash. Ask our staff for a pale of water so your best friend can hydrate too!

Can I buy kegs directly from the brewery?

Yes. See a beertender.

Are gluten-free options available?

Yes. We strive to maintain a gluten-free hard seltzer on tap at all times.
